Methods of payment, security

You can pay through the online payment gateway or by bank transfer.

In the case of online payment, purchases are made through Redsys (BBVA’s official payment channel) with all the encryption and data transfer security systems through the SSL protocol, so the buyer will enjoy at all times of the protection provided by these channels.

Registration confirmation

If you pay online correctly you will receive an authomatic e-mail confirming the payment and your registration will be then confirmed. If you pay by bank transfer you will receive the confirmation once the Technical Secretary checked the payment.

Networking between the attendees

LIBRECON will promote the networking between the attendees with a meeting requesting system. The participants will have the opportunity to filter the results depending on the interests and activities of the rest of the participants.

Besides, the LIBRECON APP will include a message system so the attendees could comunicate easily.

Invoicing

Invoices will be sent to the e-mail indicated in the registration form.

Substitution

In case a replacement of a registration is required, please contact the Technical Secretary before November 5th.

Cancellation

In order to obtain reimbursement of delegate registration, all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Organization via email: info@librecon.io.

Your complete payment will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received before November 5th. The possible transfer costs will be paid by the attendee. No reimbursement will be made after November 5th.
