We’ve been redesigning Drupal’s Administration UI for over 3 years and we’re close to reaching a stable release. But it’s been a long process that has involved tenths of volunteers distributed all over the world –from UX strategists, to designers and develovers–, working on a big project and dealing with different time zones.
This session will walk you through Drupal’s community collaboration processes and will give you an overview of this redesign project, but it’ll focus on workflows, actions and tools that made a difference for us.
